Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RESH purchase. If you are not, we offer returns and refunds subject to the conditions below.
30-Day Return Window
You may return your RESH product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is in its original, unused condition
- The product is free from signs of use, cooking residue, scratches, or damage
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories
- You provide your order number and reason for return
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@reshcookware.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions within 2 business days. Please do not ship products back without first receiving return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping for orders shipped within the United Arab Emirates. For international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it within 5 business days. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider and financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Partial Refunds or Declined Returns
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline a return in the following situations:
- The product shows signs of use, cooking, or heat exposure
- The product has scratches, dents, or damage not attributable to shipping
- The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories
- The return is initiated after the 30-day return window
If a return is declined, we will notify you and arrange to ship the product back to you at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will, at our discretion, send a replacement product or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. Please retain all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense.
Lifetime Guarantee Claims
RESH products are backed by a Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Lifetime Guarantee claims are separate from the 30-day return policy and can be made at any time by the original purchaser. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photographs showing the defect. Please see our Terms of Service for full Lifetime Guarantee terms, conditions, and exclusions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your current item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Products that have been personalized, engraved, or customized
Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process will apply. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@reshcookware.com.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in the suspension of your account.
Promotional and Discounted Orders
Products purchased with a promotional discount, coupon code, or as part of a bundle are eligible for return under the same conditions above. Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid after the discount. If a promotional offer included free items or gifts, those must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.
Your Statutory Rights
This Return and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, your statutory rights prevail.
