Every RESH product is built to last a lifetime — and our guarantee reflects that confidence. If your cookware ever fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What's covered
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the performance of your cookware under normal household use. We stand behind the integrity of every weld, rivet, and clad layer.
Warping & base deformation
If the base of your pan warps or becomes uneven under normal cooking conditions, we'll replace it.
Loose or failing handles
Handles that loosen, crack, or detach from the pan body are fully covered.
Clad layer separation
Delamination of the multi-ply stainless steel layers is a manufacturing defect and is always covered.
What's not covered
Normal cosmetic wear such as scratches, staining, or discolouration from regular use. Damage caused by overheating, dropping, or use of abrasive cleaners. Commercial or industrial use falls outside household-use terms.
How to make a claim
Email with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and arrange a replacement or repair, with return shipping on us.
