Care guide

A pan built to last deserves care built to match.

The approach

Care, not maintenance.

RESH does not need special treatment. It needs honest attention. The ritual of caring for the pan is part of what makes the pan feel different — a quiet closing to each meal, a moment of presence before the next one.

Everyday care

Six simple steps.

01

Let it cool

Allow the pan to cool naturally before washing. Thermal shock is unnecessary. The pan does not mind waiting a few minutes.

02

Warm water, mild soap

A soft sponge, warm water, and any gentle dish soap is enough. Harsh abrasives are not needed. The surface does not hold onto food.

03

Stuck food?

Soak for a few minutes. Wipe clean. There is never a need to scrape aggressively — the surface releases naturally when given a moment.

04

Dry completely

Towel-dry after washing. Titanium will not rust, but drying is a small ritual that keeps the surface looking its best for decades.

05

Dishwasher safe

RESH is fully dishwasher safe. Hand-washing is gentler on any pan over time, but there is no harm in using the dishwasher when life calls for it.

06

Store with care

Hang the pan, or place a cloth between it and other cookware. The exterior does not scratch easily, but the small act of care is worth it.

Before you cook

The first-use ritual.

Four minutes of attention before your first meal. Not required — but meaningful.

01

Rinse

Warm water, soft sponge, mild soap. Rinse the pan fully and dry with a clean cloth.

02

Warm gently

Place the pan on medium heat for one to two minutes. Let the surface warm evenly.

03

A drop of oil

Add a small amount of neutral oil. Swirl gently to coat the surface. Wipe away any excess.

04

Begin

The pan is ready. From here on, your cooking is the only ritual that matters.

Do

What the pan responds to.

  • Preheat gently before adding food
  • Use a small amount of oil or fat
  • Let the pan rest between high-heat sessions
  • Use wooden, silicone, or metal utensils freely
  • Wash with warm water and mild soap
  • Store dry and separate from other pans

Don't

What the pan does not need.

  • Shock cold water onto a hot pan
  • Use heavy abrasives or steel wool
  • Cut directly on the surface with sharp knives
  • Leave salty food sitting in the pan overnight
  • Apply any coating, seasoning, or wax
  • Use any cookware spray — never needed
