Pure titanium.

0.5mm of Grade 1 pure titanium, greater than 99% purity. This is what your food actually touches. Inert. Non-reactive. Stable at every temperature you will ever cook at.

Titanium does not leach. It does not oxidize into your food. It is one of the most biocompatible metals known — used in medical implants because the body accepts it without reaction. That is the surface we give to your food.

Layer 02 — The core

Aluminum.

1.0mm of pure aluminum, fully encapsulated between the titanium and the stainless steel. It never touches your food. It exists only to conduct heat — evenly, quickly, predictably.

This is why the pan responds the way it does. Heat moves across the surface without hot spots. The core does its work silently, while the titanium does the work of being trusted.

Layer 03 — The exterior

Stainless steel.

0.6mm of Grade 430 stainless steel on the outside. Magnetic, so the pan works on induction. Durable, so the structure holds for a lifetime. Clean, so what you see is what you clean.

Nothing is applied over it. Nothing is painted. What you see is what it is, and it will stay that way — even as the pan becomes something you cook in every day for decades.
