What materials are RESH pans made from?
All RESH cookware is crafted from premium multi-ply stainless steel with an aluminium core for superior heat distribution. Our non-stick lines feature a PFOA-free ceramic coating over the same multi-ply body.
Are RESH products oven-safe?
Yes. Every RESH piece is oven-safe up to 260 °C (500 °F), including lids and handles. This makes them perfect for recipes that start on the hob and finish under the grill.
Are your pans compatible with induction hobs?
Absolutely. RESH cookware works on all heat sources — induction, gas, electric, and ceramic. The magnetic stainless-steel base ensures full induction compatibility.
Cooking & Care
How should I season my stainless-steel pan?
Heat the pan over medium heat for two minutes, add a thin layer of high-smoke-point oil, and wipe with a paper towel. Repeat two or three times. Over time, regular use builds a natural patina that improves non-stick performance.
Can I put RESH cookware in the dishwasher?
While RESH pans are dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand-washing with warm soapy water to preserve the finish. For stubborn residue, a paste of baking soda and water works beautifully.
Why does food sometimes stick to stainless steel?
The most common cause is insufficient preheating. Allow the pan to heat over medium for 1–2 minutes before adding oil, then let the oil shimmer before adding food. Cold protein placed in a hot, oiled pan will release naturally once seared.

Where do you deliver?
We currently ship across the UAE with plans to expand to GCC countries soon. Enter your emirate at checkout for exact delivery estimates.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery (next business day) is available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for orders placed before 12 pm.
Is shipping free?
Yes — all orders over AED 250 ship free within the UAE. Orders below that threshold incur a flat AED 25 delivery fee.
Warranty & Returns
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This includes warping, loose handles, and delamination of clad layers. It does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, or damage from overheating.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Of course. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Simply contact our team to arrange a return pickup.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email us at hello@resh.ae with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.
